Strund is defined by its long and narrow body, where concrete and silver interlock. At the top, a silver void allows the chain to pass directly through the form recalling architectural openings, framed voids, and lintel systems.
The piece reinterprets the static strength of vertical lines through a pure geometric language. With only minimal intervention, Strund shows how form itself can speak, revealing structure as expression.
